General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose. À Table puts customers in touch with restaurants that handle the preparation and delivery of orders themselves. The contract of sale is concluded between the customer and the restaurant.
2. Orders. The order is recorded as soon as the form is submitted. It becomes binding when the restaurant accepts it; the customer is notified by e-mail. The restaurant may decline an order (closure, item out of stock, area not served).
3. Prices and payment. Prices include VAT, with delivery fees included in the total shown. Payment is made on delivery, to the courier, using the methods specified by the restaurant.
4. Delivery. The delivery time shown is an estimate. Delivery is made to the address provided, within the area served by the restaurant.
5. Cancellation. An accepted order may be cancelled by the customer by contacting the restaurant directly, before preparation begins.
6. Complaints. Any complaint about an order should be addressed to the restaurant. À Table can be contacted at [email protected].
